Ways of working

Fixed Scope

When requirements are well understood or an exploitation phase has been completed a fixed price / estimated timeline can be created and executed.

Sprint Based

An alternative to the fixed scope is the sprint based project. This can work best for projects with less initial definition or where stakeholders want to be more involved in prioritization of the items to work on. Minimum booking is usually two, two week sprints.

Retainer

Some projects after being completed go into a maintenance mode or some feature development on a platform are not big enough to fit into either fixed or sprint based projects. For this there is the possibility to create a max hour retainer per month. This usually starts at 10 hours per week of a resource.

Consultative

Similar to the retainer this project type is for more ad-hoc interactions. There is no minimum however since its outputs are more consultative in nature.
